But what really makes it rewarding is getting to work directly with our customers. Whether it‘s helping them source parts quickly or troubleshooting an issue, I like being someone they can count on. ”I enjoy the variety of work at Modern. Every machine we manufacture is different in size, speed, process and product. I generate new concepts and designs for machines that do different processes for the manufacture of plastic parts. My group also creates all of the documentation and information retention, such as drawings, bills of materials, standards and CAD files.

”I love going to custom car shows and am inspired by seeing all of the different ideas people have for their builds. Building and tinkering are in my nature, so that’s what I do in my spare time with my Jeep and custom truck (a chopped 1957 Ford F-100). Fixing things is what I do best. I also enjoy outdoor activities in the northern Michigan woods – camping with family and friends, Jeep and dirt bike rides, deer hunting and fishing.“

With the recent acquisition of T-Tool Company, a machining, fabricating and finishing shop located in Livonia, Michigan, we are enhancing our capabilities to better serve you.
